By using this platform users accept the following terms. The site collects and displays slot car related content.
1. Responsibility for own content
Users who submit vehicle data, texts, descriptions, images or other content are solely responsible for that content. They are responsible for the accuracy, legality, completeness and appropriateness of their submissions.
2. Images, media and usage rights
Images and other media uploaded by users are the responsibility of the respective submitter. Users confirm that they hold the necessary rights to the images and media they use, or that such use is legally permitted. By uploading, users grant the operator a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, transferable and sublicensable right to use the uploaded images, media and accompanying content. This right of use includes in particular storing, reproducing, publishing, making publicly available, editing, removing backgrounds, cropping, scaling, compressing, converting into other file formats, enriching with metadata, adding to databases, displaying on the platform, and using, sharing and making available through interfaces, exports, datasets, partner integrations, search functions, social media channels, marketing materials and comparable uses connected with SlotData. The operator may also pass on, transfer or make these contents available to third parties where this serves the operation, development, distribution, documentation, promotion or other use of SlotData. No remuneration is owed for this. The granted rights of use remain in effect after deletion of a user account or individual content where this is required for database operation, technical backups, traceability, existing publications, legal obligations or the operator's legitimate interests. The operator assumes no responsibility for legal admissibility, copyright or other rights in such images and media.
3. Liability and moderation
Violations, unlawful content or damages resulting from submitted content cannot be charged to the operator unless the operator was aware of a violation and did not act promptly. The operator reserves the right to delete content or temporarily or permanently suspend accounts in the case of violations.
4. Terms of use
Users agree not to submit unlawful, offensive, misleading or otherwise inadmissible content. The operator may remove content at its own discretion if it violates these rules or creates legal risks.
5. Usage analytics and abuse prevention
To ensure stable operations, prevent abuse and evaluate reach, technical usage data (e.g. requested pages, referrers, campaign parameters and timestamps) may be processed. Further details are provided in the privacy policy.
